Oi Lighten up Jack.

Jack is a loving but very grumpy dog. When we go out for our daily walks, he has a big problem with other dogs and barks like mad. I'm concerned that if I let him get too close to another animal, he might hurt it. I don't understand this, because he lives with his brother. How can we help him?

'The best way to help Jack is to take him to dog training classes. With the proper guidance, he'll calm down. Imagining him surrounded by the colour blue will also help.'
